We started Idiomatic to solve a pain point we felt acutely at our previous companies, which was that many of the features and changes our companies prioritized did not move the needle on customer experience. Yet, in competitive industries, superior customer experience directly translates into customer loyalty and profitability. By making it easy to hear the voice-of-the-customer at scale with the data companies already have, we offer a reliable way to win by being authentically customer-driven.

  • Named his daughter Alice after the heroine in the Resident Evil movies

  • Co-founder of Glow, a leading publisher of mobile health apps for women. Was an EIR at HVF, Max Levchin’s startup studio, and spun Glow out as an independent company.
  • BS in Math and Computer Science, JD, MBA from Stanford
  • Became close friends with Kevin playing Starcraft II
